1. Strict Non-Refundable Policy
All purchases, subscriptions, and stream slot bookings made on LiveFlow Studio are 100% strictly non-refundable. Once a transaction is completed through PhonePe UPI or other payment methods, no refunds or chargebacks will be issued under any circumstances.
2. Strict Time-Slot & Expiry Rules
When you schedule a stream, dedicated cloud resources and high-bandwidth network channels are reserved exclusively for your channel during that exact time window [ScheduledStartTime, ScheduledEndTime].
- If you miss your scheduled start time, the slot continues running according to the timer.
- If you do not schedule or use your purchased stream hours within the plan's validity period, the hours will automatically expire.
- Expired hours and missed slots cannot be restored or refunded.
3. YouTube Community Guidelines & Copyright
LiveFlow Studio is a technical cloud streaming provider. You are solely responsible for ensuring that all video content streamed to your YouTube channel complies with YouTube's Community Guidelines, Copyright policies, and local laws.
4. First-Time Promotional Offer Policy
Introductory free offers and trial hours are limited to strictly one (1) claim per person, device hardware ID, and IP address subnet. Any attempt to bypass this rule using multiple accounts, VPNs, or proxy servers will result in an immediate account suspension.
